Results people are anxious about.
AccuLab runs twelve branches of medical laboratories. Nobody browses a lab site. They arrive worried, needing one of three things: where to go, what a test involves, or where their result is. The old site made all three harder than a phone call.
The build is organised around those three errands rather than around the organisation chart. Branch, test and result sit at the top level, in the language patients actually use.
Clinical information is written to be read under stress: short sentences, no jargon without a plain-language line beside it, and nothing that requires a second visit to understand.
