Basel El Kafafy
What the Alam Al Roum launch for Qatari Diar taught us about pre-construction real estate online.
Belief before bricks
A landmark of this scale is bought on belief. Long before a render becomes a residence, a buyer has to feel the place. So the plot led the site, not the buildings: the sea, the light, the life between them, composed as one scroll.
Make it read as memory, not marketing.
Two screens, one standard
The same page had to hold up on the sales-suite wall and in a hand on the drive home. We built for both from the first day, with motion that degrades gracefully and imagery served at the size each screen deserves.
If it only works on the big screen, it does not work.
The result
The site launched pre-construction for a sovereign developer with a US$35B portfolio, and qualified leads arrived within the first day. Delivered as BKI, the studio that became Mad Genius.
Quiet, exact, unmistakably premium.
